Prosecco D.O.C. Sparkling bio vegan wine is made from Glera grapes cultivated using organic methods.
It shows a deep straw yellow color, with a pleasant presence of foam when poured into the glass, followed by a delicate effervescence.
On the nose, it is fine, with fruity notes recalling golden apple, followed by floral sensations, particularly rose.
On the palate, it expresses pleasant sweet-acid sensations, well supported by a savory finish. The aftertaste recalls the aromas perceived on the nose.
Excellent on its own as an aperitif with light snacks. Suitable for pairing with all fish dishes, except those with tomato-based or stewed preparations.
Alcohol content: 11% vol.

AFTER CAREFUL HARVESTING, THE ORGANIC VEGAN GLERA GRAPES ENTER THE WINERY WHERE THEY ARE CRUSHED. THE FIRST FERMENTATION TAKES PLACE IN THE MUST, FOLLOWED BY RACKING TO CLARIFY THE WINE THAT WILL BECOME SPARKLING. THE NECESSARY SUGARS ARE THEN ADDED TO THE BASE WINE FOR THE SECOND FERMENTATION. THE SECOND FERMENTATION TAKES PLACE IN AUTOCLAVES.
THE WINE IS THEN FILTERED AND RACKED BEFORE BOTTLING AND BEING RELEASED FOR SALE.
STORE IN A COOL PLACE, PREFERABLY IN THE DARK. IT EXPRESSES ITS MAXIMUM AROMATIC FRESHNESS WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR AFTER BOTTLING.
