Prosecco D.O.C. Sparkling bio vegan wine is made from Glera grapes cultivated using organic methods.
It shows a deep straw yellow color, with a pleasant presence of foam when poured into the glass, followed by a delicate effervescence.
On the nose, it is fine, with fruity notes recalling golden apple, followed by floral sensations, particularly rose.
On the palate, it expresses pleasant sweet-acid sensations, well supported by a savory finish. The aftertaste recalls the aromas perceived on the nose.
Excellent on its own as an aperitif with light snacks. Suitable for pairing with all fish dishes, except those with tomato-based or stewed preparations.
