TASTING NOTES AND PAIRINGS

Raboso Frizzante IGT Veneto is an organic and vegan red wine made from Raboso grapes.

It shows an intense ruby red color with violet reflections.

The nose reveals the typical fruity aromas of this grape variety. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with good acidity and a pleasant drinkability.

It pairs very well with cold cuts, grilled meats, and traditional dishes.

Alcohol content: 11.5% vol.
Serving temperature: 14-16°C.

COLOR INTENSE RUBY RED WITH VIOLET REFLECTIONS.
AROMA VINOUS AND INTENSE, ELEGANT, WITH NOTES OF WILD BERRIES.
TASTE BALANCED, DRY, SAVORY, FULL-BODIED AND HARMONIOUS, WITH NOTES OF RED FRUIT. GOOD BALANCE BETWEEN ACIDITY, ALCOHOL, AND SOFTNESS.

ORIGIN AND GRAPE VARIETY

Produced in Veneto from 100% Raboso grapes, an indigenous grape variety of the region. This wine reinterprets local winemaking traditions in a sparkling version with a very pleasant effervescence, highlighting its freshness and vegan-friendly qualities.

VINIFICATION AND AGING

SELECTED GRAPES ARE CRUSHED, DESTEMMED, AND MACERATED FOR 15 DAYS IN STEEL TANKS. AFTER ALCOHOLIC FERMENTATION, THE NEW WINE IS RACKED, RESULTING IN THE BASE WINE FROM WHICH THE RABOSO FRIZZANTE IS PRODUCED.

DURING THE SECOND FERMENTATION, THE NECESSARY SUGARS ARE ADDED TO THE BASE WINE, USING SELECTED YEASTS, UNTIL A SPARKLING WINE WITH A PRESSURE BELOW 2.5 BAR/ATMOSPHERES IS OBTAINED.

STORE IN A COOL PLACE, PREFERABLY IN THE DARK. IT CAN BE AGED FOR UP TO ONE YEAR, BUT WE RECOMMEND DRINKING IT YOUNG.
