Raboso I.G.T. Veneto is obtained from 100% Raboso grapes, grown in the Treviso countryside, between the Sile and Piave rivers.
It shows an intense ruby red color with bright violet reflections.
On the nose, it is intense, characteristic, delicate, and evolved, with light notes of wild berries.
On the palate, it is balanced, dry, savory, full, and harmonious, with hints of raspberry; pleasantly tannic, with good acidity and alcohol, and a persistent finish. Best enjoyed young.
It pairs perfectly with meat dishes, roasts, and grilled meats, boiled game, poultry, stewed goose, and pork. Excellent with stewed eel.

Optimal serving temperature: 16-18°C.
