The Cabernet IGT Veneto is obtained from 100% organic Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, certified by Valoritalia and Vegan Society.
It shows a ruby red color. On the nose, it is vinous, intense, and characteristic, with hints of black cherries.
On the palate, it is balanced, recalling cherry jam and green pepper, with good balance and pleasant persistence.
Excellent pairings at the table include spicy dishes, vegetable couscous, baked pasta, tomato-based first courses, and vegan cuisine.
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
