ORIGIN AND GRAPE VARIETY

Produced in Veneto, Tai IGT comes from the Tai variety. It is a white wine that expresses the territory through freshness, aromaticity, and minerality, enhancing grape varieties capable of expressing finesse and character.

VINIFICATION AND AGING

THE GRAPES UNDERGO GENTLE CRUSHING TO EXTRACT THE BEST PART OF THE MUST. FERMENTATION TAKES PLACE WITH SELECTED YEASTS AT A CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE OF 15-16°C. AFTER ALCOHOLIC FERMENTATION, THE WINE IS RACKED AND LEFT TO MATURE IN STAINLESS STEEL TANKS.

MATURATION IN TANK PRESERVES AROMATICITY AND FRESHNESS, MAINTAINING THE WINE’S OLFACTORY AND TASTE CHARACTERISTICS. STORAGE IN A COOL, DARK PLACE IS RECOMMENDED.
